1. Final Sale
• All sales are final: Tickets are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless they qualify for the money-back guarantee.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
• If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, you may request a refund (minus delivery charges) by contacting the TICKET SELLER.
• For postponed or rescheduled events, original tickets will be valid for entry. Refunds are not issued for rescheduled events.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
• Tickets sold with a money-back guarantee may qualify for a refund under these conditions:
• The ticket holder must attend the full first day of the event to qualify.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@aroma-ecaterina.com within seven calendar days of the event’s conclusion. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
• Maximum refund amounts equal the original ticket purchase price.
4. Pricing and Fees
• Tickets may be sold above or below their face value. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the purchase price does not reflect the original ticket price.
• All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
5. Responsibilities of Ticket Sellers
• TICKET SELLERS are responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes, including sales, excise, and other taxes as required by law.
6. Liability
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, travel expenses, or any third-party issues that prevent event attendance.

Refund Process
